Three continents. Several time zones. One ridiculously long road.
On the 20th of December, we’re trading mileage for marriage — in a little chapel on the Mornington Peninsula, surrounded by the people who made the journey worth it.

Our Story
Seoul was the beginning. What followed was a life measured in departures and arrivals — across Asia, through Europe, and eventually to Australia. We collected more distance than most, more time zones than was reasonable, always chasing the horizon. Then, on the third of May, the world stood still. Blue hour, on a jagged cliff edge between Bondi and Coogee. Spontaneous, but not without words. And his grandmother's aquamarine ring — old history in his hands; a new chapter in ours — blue as the sea below us. The long way home but worth every detour.

Getting There
We’re taking care of the driving.
A private coach departs Oakleigh Station at 10:00 AM, carrying you to The Chapel, on to Lunch, and home again. All you have to do is be on it.
Coach schedule:
10:00 AM | Oakleigh station → The Chapel
1:30 PM | The Chapel → Crittenden
The return trip from Crittenden to Oakleigh will be confirmed once RSVPs are in.
Driving yourself? There's parking at both venues — but the bus has air conditioning, good company, and no designated driver. Just saying.
Dress Code
Elevated Countryside Elegance
Think a summer’s day, reimagined — your Sunday best with an editorial lens. A Sofia Coppola frame in the countryside: a garden party among the gums, soft focus, golden light, music drifting through the trees — a scene composed in real time, unfolding with you a part of it.
We’re dressing for ease and movement. Fluid silks, breathable linens, and natural textures that move with the breeze. A palette drawn from sun-bleached landscapes: butter yellow, sage, terracotta, faded rose, and the soft blues of the sea. Kitten heels, vintage sunglasses, effortless silhouettes.
For the gentlemen — relaxed tailoring in a muted, warm palette with tonal depth: olive, sage, tobacco, rust, deep brown. Heather grey and navy are also welcome. A tie is lovely but optional; an open collar and loafers will feel just right.
It will be a warm December afternoon with lawns and gravel underfoot at both the chapel and winery. Please choose footwear with that in mind. Hats are welcome, sunscreen essential, and comfort is key.
